Fan Call Raffle Rules & FAQ
💕 Fan Calls & Raffle GuidelinesAs GOMs, we occasionally host Group Orders (GOs) specifically for fan call attempts. Each GOM may participate in a handful of fan call applications per comeback. If you are uncomfortable with this, we kindly ask that you refrain from joining our GOs.How Fan Call Raffles Work:- We raffle off a large number of fan call attempts during each comeback.
- Please note that we raffle off attempts, not guaranteed wins. This means that all albums claimed for the raffle will be purchased under the winner’s name. (Example: If 20 albums are claimed, that equals 20 raffle entries.) While we cannot promise that the raffle winner will secure a fan call, all albums contribute toward the attempt.
- Each joiner who opts into the raffle will receive one entry, regardless of the number of POBs claimed (unless otherwise stated in the GO post).
- If you do not want to participate in the raffle but still want to join the GO, just let a GOM know so your name can be removed.
Raffle & Winning Limits:
- A joiner cannot win more than one fan call or other exclusive event win (such as a signed photocard or pre-recording event) per era.
- If a raffle winner’s fan call attempt is unsuccessful, they may enter subsequent raffles.
- Each joiner is limited to two raffle wins per comeback.
To Participate in a Fan Call Raffle, You Must:
- Have or be willing to create a KakaoTalk or Line account (the specific app depends on the store).
- Have a valid form of ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.). Since ID requirements vary by store, we strongly recommend using a passport, as it is accepted universally.
- Be comfortable sharing personal information (name, birthday, phone number, email, nationality, etc.), as this information is required for fan call entry. GOMs will need access to this data to submit your entry. If this makes you uncomfortable, please inform a GOM so you can opt out of the raffle.
Important Payment Notice:
- Timely payment is crucial for GOs that include fan call raffles. Since we must select a winner and submit their details promptly, late payments will result in exclusion from the live raffle spin.
Name & ID Policies:
- Most stores require the name on the application to match the name on the provided ID.
- We understand this may be sensitive for some joiners, and while we always strive to respect your preferred name, we must follow the store’s entry guidelines.
- If the fan call includes a personalized signed album or postcard, it will be addressed to the name used during application.
What the Fan Call Winner Receives:
- A video call with their chosen member.
- A personalized signed album or postcard (if provided by the store).
- Any other personalized items included by the store.
Handling of Additional Items:
- OT8 sets will be raffled among GO joiners.
- If additional items (e.g., winner-exclusive photocards, Polaroids, POBs) are included with the fan call, the GOMs may keep these bonus items or raffle them off to joiners at their discretion.
- If the GOMs choose to raffle additional items and have also claimed POBs or covered claims in the GO, they will also be entered into the raffle.
